Shipping & Returns


I'M:Board ship worldwide using Post Danmark and/or international post service providers.

Shipments to Denmark: We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Expected delivery: 1-7 working days.
Shipments to Europe: We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Expected delivery: 5-15 working days.
Shipments to the rest of the world: We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Expected delivery: 10-25 working days.

All of our products are handmade and produced-by-order, and therefore delivery time may vary. We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented to insure that all orders will arrive safely and timely.

The customer will pay the shipping on all orders. It is possible to collect the order from our company adress if this is arranged in advance.

I'M:Board is not responsible for any actions taken by the customs or the chosen package delivery service. I'M:Board has no control over this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Customs determines these charges and I'M:Board has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Please check with your local customs office.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
I'M:Board does not take any responsibility for late deliveries on international shipments due customs.
I'M:Board will not accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.


If you are unhappy with your goods, we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order in original and resalable condition.

To make the refund, the product must be in perfect condition in its original packaging with manuals, all parts etc. Always write name, ordernumber or invoicenumber on your return.

Return shipping costs are always paid by the customer when there is no cause, unless other is arranged in advance (wrong product etc.).

We reserve the right to accept or reject the returns of goods that do not meet these requirements or that we believe are not applicable.

After checking the condition of the returned products, we will proceed to the refund of the amount collected under the payment method you used (within 10 days).

How to proceed?

2. Please indicate your name, order number and the products being returned.
3. Receive a mail where we confirm the refund.
4. Send the package to our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
